20% Theatre Company Board Members
Meredith Hattendorf, Board Member
Meredith is a Chicago native, and while she has long been a fan of Twenty Percent's productions, this is her first season serving on the Board. She is delighted to be working with such a talented and inspiring group of women. By day, she is a commercial litigation attorney, wrangling the finer details of contract interpretation, copyright infringement, and insurance disputes. By night, she is an avid appreciator of theater and film, amateur chef, and expert dart thrower.
Rachel Domaracki, Board Member
Rachel has been in Chicago since 2002, when she moved to the city to study arts management at Columbia College. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in arts management. Rachel has worked for Steppenwolf Theatre Company since 2002, where she has been the Director of Finance for the past 3 ½ years. Rachel studied dance for 18 years in various places and taught for 2 years prior to moving to Chicago. Serving on the board of 20% is a new endeavor for Rachel, and her goal is to be an advocate for the company’s work and mission in a way that will further strengthen its presence in the arts community. Rachel looks forward to working with 20% in the coming year.

Crystal Hendricks-Kretzer
Crystal Hendricks-Kretzer is new on the Chicago scene, having only lived in the city for a few years now. Originally from small-town Ohio, she spent the first half of her post-college career as a High School Band Director (read: professional band geek) and Music Teacher. Realizing that it wasn't her cup of tea (not the band geek part) Crystal, her husband and their dog picked up and moved to Chicago so that she could pursue graduate studies in Arts Management at Columbia College. She is now the Marketing Manager for The Chicago Chamber Musicians and spends her free time collecting music, going to rock concerts and reading The New Yorker. Crystal is ecstatic to be a board member of 20% and takes great joy in supporting the efforts of these talented and dedicated women.
